Caitlin is a South Wales-based interior designer with a passion for creating thoughtful, emotionally resonant spaces.
About the Studio
With a first-class degree in Interior Design & Styling from Arts University Plymouth, my work blends creativity with an understanding of how people experience and respond to their environment — drawing on principles of human psychology to design spaces that feel as good as they look.
I’ve worked across a range of residential and commercial projects, including concept designs and practical implementations from my previous studio role. Each one has helped shape a flexible, people-first approach that adapts to different needs, styles, and stories.
My aesthetic is playful yet considered — often defined by rich textures, purposeful colour palettes, and personal touches that bring individuality to every space. Travel and cultural influences are a big part of my inspiration, keeping my work fresh, grounded, and connected.
As a designer, I care about creating interiors that are not only beautiful, but meaningful spaces that support well-being, reflect personality, and evolve with the people who live and work in them.
And just so you know
Who You’re Working With…
Travel is one of my biggest influences - I’m always inspired by how beautifully other cultures care for their buildings and the thoughtful ways they live day-to-day. Copenhagen is my all-time favourite…The Danes just get design!
I love a good guitar solo, so I am a big fan of Dire Straits & Fleetwood Mac!
I’m a Scorpio with Taurus rising - creative, loyal and just the right amount of stubborn when it matters.
I’m naturally curious - I love good conversation, and somehow retain bizarre trivia (I’d be lost without Wikipedia).
Every year I pick a word to guide me - this year it’s joy.
Life’s thrown a few curveballs and I don’t always shout about them, but they’ve shaped how I show up. With empathy, humour, and a lot of heart.
The ocean resets me - Studying in Plymouth meant three years by the sea and it’s still where I feel most clear and grounded.
If I wasn’t a designer, I’d probably be acting or in politics, both let you connect with people and tell stories, just in different ways.
I’m inspired by bold, concept-led studios like Masquespacio and Soho House, with a soft spot for mid-century modern. I’m especially drawn to commercial projects that blend playful palettes with clever spatial storytelling.
I believe great design should feel personal, purposeful, and a little bit playful - just like life.

Each project includes one round of design revisions as standard, built into the proposal. Additional changes beyond that can be arranged for an extra fee. I keep the process collaborative and clear, so you feel involved — without it dragging on or becoming overwhelming.

Thoughtful, concept-driven, and slightly playful. I draw from mid-century influence and bold commercial ideas, but never follow trends for the sake of it. In branded spaces, I use identity as a guide to shape how a place looks, feels, and functions.
